FairyDust and Manual Payment Policy
FairyDust is the internal PassionFairy platform credit used for in-platform features. Users buy FairyDust first, then spend FairyDust on tier upgrades, 7-day renewals, locked media unlocks, scroll unlocks, gifts, boosts, badges, effects, and future features.
1. FairyDust is not cash
FairyDust is not money, not legal tender, not a bank balance, not a stored-value financial product, and not withdrawable for cash in version 1. FairyDust has no value outside PassionFairy and may only be used for supported PassionFairy features.
2. Buying FairyDust manually
Users create a FairyDust payment request in the Wallet, choose a bundle, choose PayShap or direct deposit, copy the admin payment details, and pay using the exact permanent account reference shown by PassionFairy.
- Fairy accounts use references such as PFF1, PFF2, and PFF3.
- Admirer accounts use references such as PFA1, PFA2, and PFA3.
- The same reference belongs to the same account and should be used for every manual payment by that user.
3. Approval timing
After paying, the user should return to the Wallet and tap “I’ve made payment.” Proof upload is optional. FairyDust usually reflects within about 30 minutes after admin review, but users should allow up to 1 hour.
4. Proof upload is optional
Proof upload can help the admin review faster, but proof upload does not automatically credit FairyDust. Admin approval depends on the money appearing in the admin bank account and the amount/reference matching the payment request.
5. Incorrect references and delays
Users must use the exact account payment reference shown by PassionFairy. Incorrect, missing, or unclear references may delay approval, require more information, or lead to rejection if the payment cannot be matched safely.
6. Reversals and deductions
PassionFairy may reverse or deduct FairyDust if a payment was approved by mistake, a payment cannot be matched, abuse is detected, a duplicate approval occurred, a penalty is applied, or a rule-breaking account action requires reversal.
7. Tiers and renewals
Moonlight, Starlight, and Eclipse are activated with FairyDust for the period shown on the Upgrade page. Renewing the same tier can extend access. If a paid tier expires, the account may fall back to Free features until renewed.
8. No off-platform sale of FairyDust
Users may not sell, trade, transfer, resell, or exchange FairyDust outside supported PassionFairy tools. Attempts to manipulate FairyDust, payment requests, gifts, upgrades, unlocks, or approvals may lead to restrictions or account action.
This is starter legal and policy copy for the PassionFairy test build. Before public launch, ask a qualified South African attorney, privacy/compliance specialist, and payment-policy specialist to review and finalise it.
