PassionFairy Platform Policies
These policies explain the core safety, content, moderation, privacy, and community rules for PassionFairy. They are written for the current testing build and should be reviewed before public launch.
1. Adult-only policy
PassionFairy is for adults aged 18 or older. Any profile, media, message, post, or behaviour involving minors is forbidden and may lead to removal, account action, preservation for investigation, and reporting where appropriate.
2. Identity and profile policy
Users must not impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts, use fake identities to scam or harass users, or misrepresent role, tier, location, content ownership, or consent.
Profiles should use South Africa, province, and city/town fields without sharing exact private addresses or live location details.
3. Content policy
Users may upload photos, videos, captions, profile text, and profile highlights only when they own the content or have permission to use it. The following are not allowed:
- Underage content, child sexual abuse material, or content that suggests underage participation.
- Non-consensual intimate content, revenge content, hidden-camera content, coercion, threats, blackmail, or exploitation.
- Phone numbers, direct contact details, banking details, payment codes, or off-platform payment instructions in public content.
- Harassment, hate speech, scams, spam, impersonation, or illegal activity.
- Content that advertises paid offline sexual services or tries to bypass platform safety controls.
4. Phone number and contact-detail policy
PassionFairy may block, remove, or moderate public posts, images, captions, bios, and profile highlights that contain South African cellphone numbers, direct contact details, private personal information, or off-platform payment details. This protects users and keeps connection inside the platform.
5. Matching and messaging policy
Match requests, accepted matches, inbox messages, likes, dislikes, ratings, and gifts must be respectful. Users must not pressure, threaten, harass, shame, blackmail, stalk, or demand explicit content or offline meetings.
6. FairyDust and manual payment policy
FairyDust is an internal virtual credit for in-platform gifts, boosts, upgrades, badges, effects, emojis, and premium feature unlocks. FairyDust is not cash and is not withdrawable in version 1. Users buy FairyDust through the manual PayShap/direct-deposit request flow, using their permanent PFA/PFF reference. Admin approval is required before FairyDust is credited.
Abuse, manipulation, suspicious payment activity, duplicate proof uploads, incorrect references, false payment claims, or attempts to sell FairyDust outside PassionFairy may lead to rejection, restrictions, reversals, or account action.
7. Ratings policy
Ratings should reflect genuine user interaction with content. Attempts to manipulate ratings, coordinate fake likes/dislikes, harass users through ratings, or use automated tools may result in moderation action.
8. Reporting policy
Users can report unsafe content, fake profiles, suspected minors, scams, harassment, threats, impersonation, non-consensual content, phone-number sharing, or other rule-breaking. Reports should be made honestly and may be reviewed with related account, content, message, and technical information.
9. Moderation and enforcement policy
PassionFairy may use automated checks and manual review. Moderation actions may include warnings, content removal, feature limits, upload blocks, profile restrictions, account suspension, account termination, FairyDust reversal, and reporting to appropriate channels where required.
10. Privacy and personal information policy
Users must not post another person’s private information without consent. PassionFairy handles personal information to operate accounts, show profiles, support matching, process FairyDust, moderate content, enforce rules, prevent fraud, and improve safety. 11. Changes to these policies
These policies may change as PassionFairy grows. Continued use of the platform after updates means the user accepts the updated policies.
This is starter legal and policy copy for the PassionFairy test build. Before public launch, ask a qualified South African attorney, privacy/compliance specialist, and payment-policy specialist to review and finalise it.
