1. Adult-only access
PassionFairy is an 18+ social discovery and dating platform for adults in South Africa. By creating an account, viewing content, posting media, matching, messaging, rating content, buying or sending FairyDust, or using any PassionFairy feature, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use an adult platform.
Anyone under 18 may not use PassionFairy. Accounts, profiles, messages, media, or reports that raise age, identity, consent, exploitation, or safety concerns may be restricted, removed, preserved for investigation, or reported where appropriate.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for your account, login details, profile information, uploaded media, posts, captions, match activity, messages, ratings, reports, FairyDust activity, and payment activity. You must keep your login details private and must not allow another person to use your account.
- Do not impersonate another person or create a profile that misleads users.
- Do not sell, rent, transfer, or trade accounts.
- Do not scrape, copy, automate, spam, manipulate ratings, or attempt to bypass platform controls.
- Do not use the platform for fraud, scams, threats, harassment, blackmail, extortion, or illegal activity.
3. South Africa location fields
PassionFairy is designed around South African discovery. Country is fixed to South Africa, and users select a province and city/town. Public posts and profiles should not include street addresses, house numbers, exact live locations, personal phone numbers, or private contact details.
4. Fairies, Admirers, tiers, and feature access
PassionFairy uses two role families: Fairies and Admirers. Platform access may differ by role and tier. Paid tiers may include Moonlight, Starlight, and Eclipse. Features such as discovery, profile access, matching, messaging, search, boosts, gifts, and FairyDust tools may be limited, changed, tested, or improved over time.
Admirers may discover Fairies, send match requests where available, like or dislike Fairy content, and send FairyDust gifts to Fairies. Fairies may send FairyDust gifts to other Fairies and may review match requests according to their tier. When a match is accepted, both users may chat through the in-platform inbox.
5. In-platform connection only
PassionFairy is built for in-platform discovery, respectful matching, profile browsing, content interaction, gifts, badges, boosts, and messaging. Bio fields and “What I Offer” areas must describe in-platform connection style, content style, interests, boundaries, and profile highlights. They must not advertise paid offline sexual services, unsafe offline arrangements, or attempts to bypass platform safety.
6. Content ownership and consent
You may only upload photos, videos, text, captions, profile highlights, or other content that you own or have clear permission to use. Content must involve adults only and must be posted with consent.
- No minors, no underage content, and no content that suggests underage participation.
- No non-consensual intimate content, revenge content, hidden-camera content, coercion, threats, blackmail, or exploitation.
- No harassment, hate speech, scams, spam, impersonation, illegal material, or unsafe conduct.
- No public phone numbers, private contact details, banking details, payment codes, or off-platform payment instructions.
- No content that tries to avoid moderation, age rules, payment rules, or platform safety systems.
7. FairyDust
FairyDust is an internal PassionFairy virtual credit. Admirers may buy FairyDust and send it to Fairies as in-platform admiration or gifts. Fairies may also send FairyDust gifts to other Fairies. Fairies may use received FairyDust for in-site purchases such as tier upgrades, renewals, boosts, badges, emojis, effects, gifts, and other premium feature unlocks.
FairyDust is not cash, not legal tender, not a bank balance, not a stored-value financial product, and not withdrawable for money in version 1. FairyDust has no value outside PassionFairy. We may correct, reverse, freeze, limit, or remove FairyDust where fraud, abuse, chargebacks, technical errors, payment disputes, safety concerns, or rule-breaking are suspected.
8. Manual payments, upgrades, and subscriptions
PassionFairy uses FairyDust as the internal platform credit for paid features. Users buy FairyDust first, then spend FairyDust on tier upgrades, renewals, media unlocks, scroll unlocks, gifts, boosts, and future platform features.
Manual PayShap or direct-deposit payments must use the exact account payment reference shown by PassionFairy, such as PFA1 or PFF1. Proof upload may help review, but proof alone does not load FairyDust. FairyDust is loaded only after admin approval based on the money appearing in the admin bank account and the reference/amount matching the payment request.
Moonlight, Starlight, and Eclipse access is activated with FairyDust for the stated period shown on the Upgrade page. Renewal, expiry, refund, reversal, and cancellation rules are explained in the FairyDust and Refund policies.
9. Matching, messaging, ratings, and boundaries
A match, message, like, rating, gift, paid tier, or FairyDust transaction does not create consent for pressure, harassment, explicit demands, offline meetings, financial demands, or continued contact. Users must respect boundaries, blocks, declines, and moderation decisions.
10. Moderation and enforcement
We may use automated checks, manual review, user reports, and technical signals to protect the platform. This may include checking text or media for phone numbers, unsafe contact details, underage indicators, spam, fraud, abuse, or prohibited content.
We may hide, remove, restrict, review, preserve, or delete content and accounts. We may also block uploads, limit features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, reverse FairyDust activity, or take other action where needed to protect users, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.
11. Reporting and safety tools
Users can report profiles, posts, messages, gifts, or behaviour that may break the rules. Reports should be made honestly. False, abusive, retaliatory, or weaponised reports may lead to restrictions.
12. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how PassionFairy collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares personal information. By using the platform, you agree that PassionFairy may process information needed to operate the service, provide safety tools, moderate content, process payments, run FairyDust, support users, and comply with legal obligations.
13. No guarantee of results
PassionFairy does not guarantee matches, messages, dates, relationships, popularity, ratings, followers, gifts, income, visibility, or any specific result from using the platform.
14. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as PassionFairy grows. If you continue using the platform after updated Terms are posted, you accept the updated Terms.
