Refund Policy
This starter Refund Policy explains how PassionFairy handles manual PayShap/direct-deposit FairyDust purchases, upgrades, renewals, unlocks, gifts, boosts, and reversals during the testing build.
1. FairyDust purchases
When a manual payment is approved, FairyDust is credited to the user’s wallet. Because FairyDust is an internal digital platform credit, approved and credited FairyDust purchases are generally not refundable once the FairyDust has been spent on platform features.
2. Pending and unapproved payments
If a user creates a payment request but does not pay, the request can remain awaiting payment or be rejected. If a user paid but the payment cannot be matched because of an incorrect reference, missing information, wrong amount, duplicate proof, or unclear bank record, admin may request more information before approval.
3. Digital feature spending
FairyDust spent on digital features such as media unlocks, scroll unlocks, tier upgrades, renewals, gifts, boosts, badges, effects, or profile features is normally final once the feature is delivered or activated.
4. Mistakes and admin corrections
If admin approves the wrong request, credits the wrong amount, or identifies a technical error, PassionFairy may correct the wallet ledger by adding or revoking FairyDust and recording the reason in the wallet statement.
5. Rule-breaking and abuse
No refund is promised where activity involves fraud, abuse, chargeback-like behaviour, false payment claims, duplicate proof attempts, harassment, safety violations, banned content, account suspension, or attempts to bypass platform rules.
6. Review before launch
This is starter refund wording for the PassionFairy test build. Before public launch, final refund, cancellation, and consumer-protection wording should be reviewed and adapted for the live business setup.
