- Manual payment records such as payment method, amount, bundle, permanent PFA/PFF reference, optional proof uploads, admin notes, approval status, and FairyDust credit records. PassionFairy should not store full card numbers on the website.
- Technical and security data such as IP address, device type, browser type, cookies, log data, error logs, upload signals, and abuse-prevention signals.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and manage accounts, display profiles, operate Discover, support location filtering by South African province and city/town, process matches and messages, run FairyDust, provide paid tiers, moderate content, detect abuse, prevent fraud, process reports, improve performance, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Location information
PassionFairy uses South Africa as the fixed country and asks users to choose a province and city/town. Public profiles and posts may show province and city/town. Users should not post exact addresses, live locations, home addresses, workplace addresses, or private location details in public areas.
5. Adult and sensitive information
Because PassionFairy is an adult social discovery platform, some profile information, content, preferences, messages, ratings, reports, and gifts may be sensitive. Users should think carefully before sharing personal information or adult content and should only upload content that they have permission to post.

We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep users logged in, remember preferences, protect accounts, measure performance, support media playback, improve the app experience, and prevent abuse.

PassionFairy may store manual payment requests, permanent account references, bundle choices, expected Rand amounts, FairyDust amounts, optional proof uploads, admin review notes, status changes, wallet balances, gift records, unlocks, upgrades, renewals, reversals, and payment notices. These records help the admin match Capitec PayShap/direct-deposit payments, approve or reject requests, prevent duplicate approvals, respond to support requests, and investigate disputes or abuse.
9. Moderation, safety, and legal compliance
We may review content, reports, messages, account signals, upload data, and transaction information where needed to enforce the Terms, detect banned content, prevent scams, remove phone numbers or risky contact details, protect users, and comply with legal obligations.
10. Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account records, support safety and moderation, manage transactions, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Some deleted content or account records may be retained for a limited period where required for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backups, or dispute handling.
